The Univex Group offers several levels of support. These have been designed to meet operational requirements set by a variety of customers across Australasia. The various levels include home users, Small Office Home Office (SOHO) users, and office-based systems in Small to Medium Enterprises (SME). These operate from 9-5, Monday to Friday. The next level includes most retail systems and operates from 8am-10pm, seven days a week. We also offer a premium 24-hour service.

Our typical response time is less than three hours and the majority of problems can be resolved on-the-spot over the phone. Only a small number of problems require a technician to visit the site.

Regular software upgrades ensure that many problems are prevented before they even appear, and that the long-term value of your investment in the software is maintained.
